Application Response Measurement (ARM) Issue 4.0 V2 (C Binding)

This document defines the C Binding for Application Response Measurement (ARM) Issue 4.0 Version 2. ARM is a standard for measuring service levels of single-system and distributed applications. ARM measures the availability and performance of transactions, both visible to the users of the business application and those visible only within the IT infrastructure.
